Who we are

A learning brandbuilt aroundpractical outcomes.

We design programmes that make learners more job-ready, help teams perform better, and build organisational capability that holds up over time.

We work across corporate, community, industrial, institutional and learner settings — with the same method behind each one.

Why our work matters

The distance between learning something and doing it is still too wide. We help people build relevant skills, perform better in role, and move toward better opportunities with more confidence.

Credentials

Y&Now is a registered trademark associated with BroadArks Technology Private Limited. Our quality management practices follow ISO 9001:2015.

Our mission

To make practical learning easier to access, easier to apply, and more useful for real work.

Our vision

A future where more people can turn learning into opportunity, confidence and better work.

What we believe

Five beliefs behindevery programme.

They shape what we build, how we teach it, and how we judge whether it worked.

01

Learning should feel useful

If a participant cannot say what it was for, it was not designed properly.

02

Skills should move people forward

A certificate is a record. A capability is an outcome.

03

Good training leads to real change

We design for what happens after the session, not during it.

04

People learn best when the path is clear

Every programme should have a visible start, middle and next step.

05

Confidence grows when learning meets the real world

Application is not the last stage. It is the point.

In practice

Assess, learn, apply, perform, improve — then start the next cycle with better evidence.

The Y&Now loop

Five steps.One loop.

Every programme runs through the same five steps, in order — whether it is built for a plant floor, a dealer network or a school.

  1. 01

    Assess

Understand the role, the people and the current skill level — so the programme starts from the real gap, not a generic syllabus.

    Assess
  2. 02

    Learn

Build the knowledge and the practical skill behind it, in the format that fits the people: classroom, virtual, digital or on-site.

    Learn
  3. 03

    Apply

Put it to work on real tasks, in real conditions. Application is not the last stage of learning. It is the point of it.

    Apply
  4. 04

    Perform

Connect what was learned to workplace goals, with manager feedback and performance measures that show whether it stuck.

    Perform
  5. 05

    Improve

Use evidence and feedback to sharpen the next cycle — then start again with better information than last time.

    Improve
